摘要
构筑书院导师与学生共同体,有助于实现师生的良性互动机制,有助于培养学生个性化发展,有助于实现全人教育.书院导师与学生共同体的现实困境是师生身份等级的制约、师生共同愿景的缺失和师生关系的疏离.探索书院导师与学生共同体的培育路径,要加强制度建设,提供支持性保障;开展研究性学习,构建师生学习共同体;加大学生问责权重,健全书院导师考核机制;利用网络信息技术,构建多元学习交流.
College tutor-student community is helpful for the positive interaction between teachers and students in the individual and whole person development of the students.Yet problems,such as the unequal status between the teachers and the students,the want of shared vision and the detachment between teachers and students are unfavorable for the construction of such a community,which calls for favorable and supporting regulations.To build such a community,inquiring learning and learning community for teachers and students should be ensured,student accountability should be valued,and tutor assessment should be incentive.In addition,multi media learning and communication should be supported by network information technology.
