广西工业企业固定资产投资的影响因素分析

On the Factors Influencing Fixed Asset Investment of Industrial Enterprises in Guangxi

基于2001—2016年统计数据的实证分析,发现长短期贷款利率差、市场竞争状况与实际利润率都能够促进固定资产投资,而且它们对固定资产投资增长率的影响力依次减弱。实际平均税率和实际贷款利率无法显著地影响固定资产投资增长率。所以,促进广西工业企业固定资产投资的政策应该优先考虑前三个因素的作用。

Based on the 2001-2016 statistical data,the empirical analysis shows that the three factors,namely,interest rate spread between short-term and long-term loans,market competition and actual profit margin,have an impact on fixed asset investment of industrial enterprises in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region though their impact on the investment growth decreases sequentially.Actual average tax rate and interest rate do not significantly influence the rate of fixed asset investment growth.Therefore,policymakers should first take the three factors into consideration to promote fixed asset investment of industrial enterprises in Guangxi.
