基于现代学徒制的实训类教材开发研究

Development of Practical Training Textbooks Based on Modern Apprenticeship

现代学徒制是传统学徒制与现代职业教育相结合的产物,为职业院校的教学改革提供了新的思路,也为职业教育实训类教材的出版提供了新的机遇。基于现代学徒制的内涵和外延,文章提出了职业教育实训类教材的开发思路:以实训类课程为主确定教材编写方向,以企业为主导制定教学标准,以现代学徒制理念为指导制定编写模板,以打开"软件包"的形式呈现内容,对编写人员进行系统的教材编写规范培训,以专家团队为主进行第三方评审。

Modern apprenticeship,a combination of traditional apprenticeship and modern vocational education,provides vocational colleges with a new thinking for teaching reforms as well as an excellent platform for the publication of practical training textbooks.Based on the connotations and extensions of modern apprenticeship,the paper puts forward a six-step development of vocational education practical training textbooks:to decidecompiling strategy according to training courses,to setteaching standards withan enterprise-led team,to choose writing template based on modern apprenticeship,to present contents with software packages,to train writers and editors comprehensively,and to review and re-edit textbooks by the third-party composed of industrial experts.
