高职院校辅导员职业认同现状及特征分析

摘要 通过问卷形式对高职院校辅导员职业认同的现状进行调查与分析,结果发现,高职院校辅导员职业认同总体水平较高,在性别、学历上不存在显著差异;在年龄、工作年限上存在非常显著差异;在职称上存在显著差异。在职业忠诚和职业理念维度上,不同年龄、工作年限的辅导员存在非常显著差异,职称不同的辅导员存在显著差异;角色行为与职业规范维度在个人背景变量上均不存在显著差异。要提高辅导员职业认同度,需建立科学的辅导员培训机制,完善相关辅导员激励体制,拓宽辅导员发展晋升渠道,组建辅导员科研团队。 Through a questionnaire this paper investigates and analyzes higher vocational college political instructors’occupational identity.The study shows the following results:higher college instructors generally have a positive occupational identity no matter what their gender is and what academic degrees they get;their sense of occupational identity is much different when they are at different ages and when their working yearsand professional titles are different;their professional loyalty and philosophy are much different when they are at different ages and when their working years and professional titles are different;there are not significant differences in terms of the variables relating to individual backgrounds such as role behaviors and work ethics.To construct more positive occupational identity,a scientific training mechanism should be established;relevant incentive system should be improved;political instructors should be promoted in different ways;and research teams of political instructors should be organized.
