关于高校实验室建设与管理的几点建议

Suggestions on the Construction and Management of Laboratory in Colleges and Universities

随着高校教育事业的快速发展,实验室建设与管理已成为高等教育中的重要环节,也是提高高校教育质量重要基础。高校实验室既是对学生进行实验教学的重要场所,又要承担相应的科研工作。本文从健全管理规章制度、优化资源配备、设备物资档案管理、实验室队伍、实验室人员综合素质的提高、实验室安全建设等方面,提出了关于高校实验室建设与管理的几点建议。

With the rapid development of higher education,the laboratory’s management and construction has become an important part of the higher education,and it is also the important foundation to enhance the quality of education.The university and college laboratory is not only an important place for experiment teaching,but also undertakes the scientific research.Therefore,this paper throws out suggestions on the laboratory’s management,which suggested in the following aspects:improving rules and regulations,optimizing the distribution of resources,file management of equipment and materials,laboratory team building,improvement of comprehensive quality of the laboratory staff,the security construction of the laboratory.
