学训赛结合的电子竞技专业人才培养对策研究

电子竞技是新时代、新科技的产物,它以自己趣味性、征服性和团队性的突出特点,不断引起大家的关注,也走进了高等教育。但是通过调查发展电子竞技专业人才培养中存在人才培养方向特点不突出、师资力量不足以及实训条件简陋等诸多的问题。必须通过优化专业发展理念,科学合理制定人才培养目标;要通过内培外引,建设专兼职结合的师资团队;必须训赛结合、校企合作,共享共建智慧高端的实训场所和平台,通过学训赛结合才能培养高质量的电子竞技人才。

Electronic Sports is the product of new age and new technology.It attracts the attentions of the people and steps into the higher education domain with its fun,conquering and teamwork natures.Investigations found,however,that there lie the problems as the talents cultivation orientation is not prominent enough,the teaching staff are insufficient and the practical training conditions are simple and crude.As a result,it must optimize the professional development concepts,regulate the talents cultivation target scientifically and rationally.It must establish the full time and part time teaching staff team with the method of cultivating and introducing.The training should be combined with the contesting,and the schools should cooperate with the enterprises,to share and co-establish the smart and high-end training places and platforms.Only by combining the learning,training and contesting will the high-quality electronic sports talents be cultivated.
