非英语专业的大学生英语行业需求调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Non-English Majors' English Industry Needs

以山东省淄博市和诸城为例,对非英语专业的大学生英语行业就业的需求进行了调查分析。结果显示:大多数的企业对英语能力没有进行硬性的要求,与英语水平相比企业应聘中更加注重自身的专业技能及实践能力。通过本调查,提出并总结了如何改变非英语专业毕业生在英语行业就业的问题和改进措施,为以后的教育发展提供理论依据。

Taking Zibo and Zhucheng in Shandong Province as an example,this paper investigates and analyzes the demand for employment of non-English-speaking college students in English industry.The result shows that most of the enterprises do not have hard requirements on their English proficiency.Compared with their English proficiency,their employers pay more attention to their own professional skills and practical abilities.Through this survey,I put forward and summed up how to change the non-English graduate employment in the English industry and improve measures to provide a theoretical basis for future educational development.
