节能环保与安全管控系统在乙烯装置上的应用

摘要 节能环保系统通过对能源参数的在线优化与能源多周期计划优化,实现了装置能耗降低与能源使用效率提高;利用安全管控系统,通过对生产过程异常工况的研究、安全操作导航、根原因分析技术等,提高了生产装置的安全平稳运行水平。文章介绍了节能环保与安全管控系统在燕山石化乙烯装置上的应用,通过能源生产管理、能源统计与评价分析、异常工况诊断、在线质量预测、设备综合状态监测、根原因分析、操作报警等技术的应用,实现了对石油化工生产过程高效、节能、环保和安全的全方位闭环管控。 Energy conservation and environmental protection system,through the optimization of energy parameters and multi-cycle energy plan,is to reduce energy consumption and improve energy efficiency.Safety management and control system,through the analysis of abnormal operating conditions,root causes and safe operation procedures,is to improve the safe and stable operation of production facilities.This article mainly introduces the application of the system of energy saving,environmental protection,and safety management and control in Yanshan ethylene plant.It uses technologies such as energy production management,energy statistics and evaluation,abnormal condition diagnosis,online quality forecast,equipment comprehensive condition monitoring,root cause analysis and operation alarm to achieve a full range and closed-loop control in efficiency,energy saving,environmental protection and safety management in petrochemical production process.
