摘要
为降低油田注水单耗,中国石化胜利油田分公司研制出了大流量对置式高压往复柱塞泵,可代替离心式高压注水泵注水。新型大流量对置式往复柱塞泵采用动力部件在中间、液力部件在两端、柱塞水平对置分布在曲轴箱两端,一轴双向作用。其结构没有空回程,解决了传统往复泵曲轴转一周只有半周工作,半周空回程的问题。电机拖动载荷更均匀,提高了电能的利用率和机械效率,节能效果显著。
A new type of opposed high-pressure reciprocating plunger pump of large capacity has been developed to replace the centrifugal high pressure water injection pump in order to reduce unit consumption of water injection at the call of energy-saving and emission-reduction from Sinopec headquarters.This new type opposed reciprocating plunger pump is designed in such a way that the power unit is arranged in the middle,hydraulic parts are on both ends and the plunger is horizontally opposed in the crankcase ends to achieve bidirectional function with one shaft.This special structure without return stroke has avoided the drawback of the traditional reciprocating pump with crank shaft working only half turn and the rest half empty return.The optimized design evenly distributes the load of the motor and improves power energy and mechanical efficiency,aiming at the energy saving.
