额肌瓣悬吊术与上睑提肌缩短术在重症上睑下垂患者中的应用研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的对比额肌瓣悬吊术与上睑提肌缩短术在重症上睑下垂患者中的应用效果。方法选取在本院进行治疗的重症上睑下垂患者74例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各37例。对照组行上睑提肌缩短术,观察组行额肌瓣悬吊术,比较两组疗效、眼睑闭合不全及瞬目次数。结果观察组矫正良好率明显高于对照组,过矫及欠矫率均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1d、10d,观察组眼睑闭合不全均明显少于对照组,瞬目次数均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与上睑提肌缩短术比较,额肌瓣悬吊术治疗重症上睑下垂患者具有较好的矫正效果,可有效改善患者眼睑闭合不全及瞬目情况。 Objective To compare the effect of the frontalis muscle suspension and levator palpebrae superioris muscle shortening in severe ptosis.Methods Select 74 patients with severe blepharoptosis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,37 cases in each.The control group underwent levator muscle resection,and the observation group underwent frontalis muscle suspension surgery,compared two groups of curative effect,hypophasis and blink frequency.Results The correction rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the rates of overcorrection and undercorrection were lower,which the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1d,10d,the observation group hypophasis were significantly less than the control group,the blink times were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comparison of operation with shortening levator muscle of upper eyelid,frontalis muscle suspension for treatment of severe blepharoptosis patients has a good correction effect,and effectively promote the patients of hypophasis and blink.
