糖皮质激素治疗老年重症社区获得性肺炎的临床价值及对C反应蛋白水平的影响

Clinical Value of Corticosteroids in Treatment of Elderly Patients with Severe Community-acquired Pneumonia and Its Effect On the level of C-reactive Protein

目的目的探究糖皮质激素治疗老年重症社区获得性肺炎的临床价值及对C反应蛋白水平的影响。方法根据随机数字表法随机抽取2015年1月~2016年12月期间在本院接受重症社区获得性肺炎治疗的100例老年患者,根据选择的治疗方法不同将其分组,即研究组(n=50,糖皮质激素+常规治疗)与对照组(n=50,常规治疗)。对比两组的治疗疗效、C反应蛋白水平、住院时间、再感染率。结果治疗前两组的C反应蛋白水平均无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的C反应蛋白水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的住院时间、再感染率均小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖皮质激素治疗老年重症社区获得性肺炎具有极高的应用价值,疗效理想,显著降低C反应蛋白水平,安全指数高,值得在临床治疗中大力推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of corticosteroids in treatment of elderly patients with severe community-acquired pneumonia and its effect on the level of C-reactive protein.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients undergoing severe community acquired pneumonia in our hospital were randomly selected according to the random number table method.Patients were divided into the study group(n=50,glucocorticoid+conventional Treatment)and control group(n=50,conventional treatment).according to different treatment options.,The curative effect,the level of C-reactive protein,hospitalization time and re-infection rate were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the level of C-reactive protein between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of C-reactive protein in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).By contrast,hospital stay,and re-infection rates in the study group were less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Glucocorticoids have high application value in the treatment of elderly patients with severe community-acquired pneumonia.This treatment have satisfactory therapeutic effect、low level of C-reactive protein and high safety index.
