食管癌适形调强放射治疗同步化疗的临床研究

Clinical Study of Conformal Radiotherapy for Synchronous Chemotherapy in Esophageal Carcinoma

目的研究食管癌患者接受适形调强放射治疗同步化疗的临床价值。方法抽取过去在本院接受治疗的120例食管癌患者,按照随机均等的方式将其分组,对照组(n=60)实施常规单纯适形调强放射治疗;治疗组(n=60)实施适形调强放射治疗同步化疗。比较两组研究对象食管癌疾病的临床治疗效果、在肿瘤疾病治疗期间出现的不良反应、食管癌治疗方案实施总时间。结果治疗组研究对象食管癌疾病的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组的,组间差异显著(P<0.05);在肿瘤疾病治疗期间治疗组出现19例不良反应,与对照组相比存在显著性差异(P<0.05);食管癌治疗方案实施总时间治疗组短于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论食管癌患者接受适形调强放射治疗同步化疗,可以明显减轻疼痛感,提高患者的生活质量,减少相关不良反应,缩短疾病治疗时间,使治疗的有效性和安全性得到充分保障。

Objective To study the clinical value of chemotherapy for patients with esophageal cancer.Methods In the 120 cases of esophageal cancer treated in our hospital,the patients were divided into groups according to the random-equalization method,And the control group(n=60)carried out the conventional simple and normal radiotherapy;the treatment group(n=60)implemented conformal radiotherapy and chemotherapy.To compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups in the treatment of esophageal cancer and the total time of the treatment of esophageal cancer during the treatment of cancer.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group for esophageal cancer was 86.7%,higher than 65.0%in the control group and significant difference between groups(P<0.05);there were only 19 adverse reactions during the treatment of tumor disease in the treatment group,compared with the control group(P<0.05);the total time of treatment of treatment group s esophageal cancer was shorter than the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with esophageal cancer conformal intensity modulated radiation therapy synchronous chemotherapy,can significantly reduce pain,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce adverse reactions,shorten the treatment time,make full protection of the efficacy and safety of the treatment.
