反复气道内注入肺表面活性物质对极早早产儿的治疗效果评价

摘要 目的研究在治疗极早早产儿治疗过程中采取反复气道内注入肺表面活性物质的临床效果。方法采取计算机表法将本院2016年1月~2017年1月期间收治的54例极早早产儿随机分为对照组(n=27)与实验组(n=27),将采取机械通气干预早产儿作为对照组,将在对照组基础上增加肺表面活性物质治疗的早产儿作为实验组,对比观察两组患儿经不同治疗后的组间数据差异情况。结果实验组极早早产儿干预后并发症发生率、住院时间、MAP肺动脉压、PIP气道峰压、呼吸机撤机时间等指标均比对照组低(短),组间对比存在显著差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将反复气道内注入肺表面活性物质应用于极早早产儿治疗中效果比较显著,值得临床广泛应用。
