动态心电图与常规心电图诊断冠心病患者心律失常的比较

Comparison of Dynamic Electrocardiogram and Routine Electrocardiogram in the Diagnosis of Arrhythmia in Coronary Heart Disease Patients

目的目的:对冠心病患者心律失常进行诊断,分别采用动态心电图和常规心电图进行鉴别,探讨其临床效果。方法选取本院2016年3月~2017年2月收治的112例冠心病心律失常患者,分别进行常规心电图和动态心电图诊断,对比二组诊断结果。结果动态心电图检测的阳性率高于常规心电图检测,室性早搏二联或三联、房性早搏二联或三联、房性早搏成对、室性早搏成对的检出率也显著高于常规心电图检测。结论对于冠心病患者心律失常,采用动态心电图进行临床诊断,其效果要优于常规心电图诊断,临床中可以推广使用动态心电图检测方法。

Objective To diagnose arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD),and to evaluate the clinical effect by dynamic electrocardiogram and routine electrocardiogram.Methods We selected 112 cases of coronary heart disease patients with arrhythmia treated in our hospital from March 2016 to February-2017 as the subjects.Routine ECG and dynamic electrocardiogram were performed,and the results of the two groups were compared.Results The positive rate of detection is higher than that of the conventional ECG detection.In addition,the detection rate of dynamic electrocardiogram in the premature ventricular contraction of two or three and atrial premature beat two or three pairs,atrial premature ventricular extrasystole in pairs were significantly higher than that of conventional ECG detection.Conclusion for patients with coronary heart disease arrhythmia,using dynamic electrocardiogram for clinical diagnosis,the effect is better than routine ECG diagnosis.Therefore,it is worthy to apply in clinical practice.
