中心静脉导管置管患者血行相关性感染的预防性护理研究

Preventive Nursing of Blood-related Infection in Patients with Central Venous Catheters

目的研究预防性护理对中心静脉导管置管患者血行相关性感染的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月~6月期间收治的中心静脉导管置管患者60例作为对照组,另按照配对原则选取2016年7月~12月期间收治的中心静脉导管置管患者60例作为观察组,两组的护理方式分别为常规护理与预防性护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的置管时间和住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的血行相关性感染率低于对照组,两组间比较差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对中心静脉导管置管患者实施预防性护理可有效降低血行相关性感染的发生率,缩短患者的置管时间与住院时间,应在临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of preventive nursing on blood-related infection in patients with central venous catheters.Methods 60 cases patients with central venous catheter were selected as the control group from January to June in 2016,60 cases with central venous catheter treated in July to December in 2016 were selected as the observation group according to the matching principle.Two different nursing methods adopted in two groups were routine care and preventive care,then compared the two groups of nursing effect.Results The central venous catheterization time and hospital stays in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The prevalence of blood-related infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Preventive nursing of patients with central venous catheters can effectively reduce the incidence of blood-related infection,shorten the patient's catheterization time and hospitalization time,should be applied in clinical practice.
