摘要
采用高温旋转黏度计测定了麦垛山块煤(MK)的灰黏度,计算出精度最高的灰黏度预测模型为Urbain修正模型(离子熔体)。建立了灰组成、温度与灰黏度之间的关系式,并由此式得出了无量纲的煤灰黏温指数η=[|0.69·w(SiO_2)2.80·w(Al_2O_3)+12.78·w(Ti O_2)|]/[|0.65·w(CaO)+0.30·w(Fe_2O_3)+3.10·w(MgO)+2.04·w(K_2O)+0.72·w(SO_3)|]·K·T/100,用该指数判断煤样的黏温特性是否符合气化炉要求具有准确、便捷的特点。
The ash viscosity of Maiduoshan lump coal(MK)was measured by high temperature rotary viscometer,and the most accurate prediction model of ash viscosity was calculated by FactSage thermodynamic software,which was Urbain modified model(ion melt).In addition,the relationship between ash composition,temperature and ash viscosity was established,and the dimensionless coal ash viscosity-temperature index was established,η=[|0.69·w(SiO2)2.80·w(Al2O3)+12.78·w(TiO2)|]/[|0.65·w(CaO)+0.30·w(Fe2O3)+3.10·w(MgO)+2.04·w(K2O)+0.72·w(SO3)|]·K·T/100.It is accurate and convenient to use the index to judge coal ash viscosity-temperature characteristics to meet the requirements of the gasifier.
