骨伤复元膏对高龄转子间骨折患者术后营养不良的治疗研究

Bone Injury Recovery Paste Ameliorates Postoperative Malnutrition in Elderly Patients with Intertrochanteric Fractures

目的观察中药骨伤复元膏对高龄转子间骨折患者术后营养状态的恢复作用,为临床治疗高龄转子间骨折术后营养不良寻求一种有效的治疗方法。方法在住院病人中选出转子间骨折术后患者60例随机分为骨伤复元膏治疗组(A组)和空白对照组(B组),每组30例;所有患者在术前及术后第3、13 d测定以下项目:血红蛋白(Hb)、转铁蛋白(TRF)、血浆白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)、总淋巴细胞计数(TLC)。结果 2组间术前、术后3 d Hb、TRF、ALB、PA、TLC比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组术后13 d TRF、PA、TLC、Hb、ALB均较术前升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组术后13 d TRF、PA、TLC、ALB、Hb均较术前升高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后13 d 2组间比较,A组Hb、TRF、ALB、PA、TLC值均高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨伤复元膏可改善高龄转子间骨折患者术后营养状态。

Objectives:To understand the role of bone injury recovery paste in improving postoperative nutritional status of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture so as to seek an effective therapeutic way for postoperative malnutrition in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures.Methods:60 postoperative patients with intertrochanteric fractures were randomly divided into two groups,the bone injury recovery paste group(Group A)and the blank control group(Group B),30 cases per group.At day 0,3 and 13 post surgery,the following laboratory values in the patients were measured:hemoglobin(Hb),transferrin(TRF),plasma albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PA),and total lymphocyte count(TLC).Results:There was no significant difference in Hb,TRF,ALB,PA and TLC between the two groups at day 0 and 3 post operation(P>0.05).The group A significantly had higher values of TRF,PA,TLC,Hb,and ALB than the baseline after 13 days of surgery(P<0.05),while the group B had higher values without statistical difference(P>0.05).The above laboratory parameters were dramatically escalated in the group A in contrast to the group B,with statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bone injury recovery paste can improve the postoperative nutritional status of the elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture.
