难采复杂地质条件下综采放顶煤工艺回采分析 被引量:8

摘要 为提高煤炭资源回收率,充分合理利用现有煤炭资源,针对适应性较差、环境恶劣的复杂地质条件,以某难采复杂地质煤矿为例,研究了其工作面布置及综采放顶煤工艺的应用,通过不同方案的对比证明了难采复杂地质条件下综采放顶煤工艺的经济价值,对综采放顶煤工作面对接、旋转回采工艺技术与安全生产管理的经验进行了总结,结果表明,合理利用综放工艺完成煤炭回收工作,可大大提高煤炭资源回收率。 In order to improve the recovery rate of coal resources and make full use of the existing coal resources,the layout of the working face and the fully mechanized top coal caving mining in the case of the complex geological conditions with poor adaptability and bad environment was studied.The application of the process shows that the economic value of fully mechanized long wall top coal caving technology is proved by the comparison of different schemes.The experience of docking and rotary mining technology and safe production management of fully mechanized top coal caving face was carried out.The results show that the comprehensive utilization of fully mechanized caving technology can complete the recovery of coal resources and greatly improve the recovery rate of coal resources.
