摘要
针对某煤制甲醇装置合成气压缩机组运行中出现异常振动的情况,排除了机械故障等常规产生振动的因素,从气体组分、反应状况等工艺运行角度进行了分析,提出及时调整净化气组分含量,合理配比H_2、CO、CO_2的含量,使甲醇合成反应速度基本保持稳定,使压缩机系统压力、流量等相对稳定在一定的范围内,从而使甲醇合成气压缩机的异常振动消失,恢复到正常运行状态。
In view of the abnormal vibration occurred during the operation of a synthetic gas compressor unit in a coal methanol plant,the conventional vibration factors such as mechanical failure were removed,the process and operation condition including gas composition and reaction condition etc.were analyzed.It is put forward that through adjusting the content of purified gas component,the reasonable ratio of H2,CO and CO2,and keeping the methanol synthesis reaction rate basically stable,so that the pressure and flow of the compressor system are relatively stable in a certain range,so that the abnormal vibration of methanol synthesis gas compressor is disappeared,and the normal operation condition is restored.
