综采工作面停采期间的综合防灭火技术 被引量:4

摘要 为有效解决工作面在停采期间采空区残留煤块的自燃问题以及支架区与回风流交接处的瓦斯浓度过高的现象,以官地矿3106综采工作面为研究对象,结合矿井地质资料,从遗留煤与防漏风的角度出发,对该工作面进行合理的防灭火方案设计。经过分析发现,可以从避免漏风、隔绝氧气、降低温度三个方面进行考虑,最终采用高水材料进行均压、高位钻孔注浆,采用凝胶泡沫进行架间钻孔灌注相结合的方式进行联合防治,结果表明该方法可以降低支架间CO的浓度,从1 200×10^(-6)减小为不足10×10^(-6),并可以维持CO浓度稳定,确保了工作面能够安全地完成整个回撤工序。 In order to solve spontaneous combustion and high gas content in the connection of support and air return area,3106 fully mechanized working face of Guandi Mine was taken as example,combined with geological data,the reasonable fire prevention and control plan was given from the leaving coal and air leakage prevention,the combined prevention technology of high-water material voltage-sharing,high drilling grouting,foamed gel and drilling perfusion between supports was given,the technology could reduce the CO content between supports,from 1 200×10-6 to less than 10×10-6,keep the stability of CO content and ensure the safe withdraw of the working face.
