低渗透性高瓦斯煤层水力强化抽采技术分析

摘要 高瓦斯抽采工作是涉及煤矿安全生产的重要工作,对于低渗透性难抽煤层,常规的瓦斯布孔方式以及抽采参数进行抽采效果不理想。针对这一情况,对煤层透气性现状进行分析,对低渗透性高瓦斯煤层水力强化抽采技术进行探讨。以某煤矿为例,采用水力压裂强化抽采技术后,1号、2号压裂孔的瓦斯抽采量分别由8 L/min增加至78.8 L/min,由14 L/min增加至80.5 L/min,显著提升瓦斯的抽采效率。 Based on hard drainage of low-permeability coal seam,the regular gas drilling was unreasonable,the gas permeability of coal seam was analyzed,low-permeability high gas coal seam hydraulic power enhanced gas drainage technology was discussed.Some mine was taken as example,fracture hole of No.1 and No.2 were conducted by hydraulic intensification extraction,the drainage volume rose from 8L/min to 78.8 L/min and 14 L/min to 80.5 L/min separately,the technology improved gas drainage obviously.
