休闲作为人们生活的重要组成部分,越来越受到学界的关注。大学生作为国家未来的生力军,其休闲生活理应受到更多关注。对太原工业学院大学生的休闲状况调查显示,大学生对休闲的理解存在误区、休闲时间不稳定、休闲兴趣与休闲方式相对简单,也缺乏专门的指导机构引导大学生的休闲生活,整体休闲生活质量不高。因此,需要采取措施帮助大学生确立科学休闲观,培养休闲技能,提高休闲质量。

As an important part of life,leisure has been attracting more and more attention from the academic world.Since college students will be the pillar of the future world,their leisure life deserves more careful academic attention.The survey of the leisure life of college students of Taiyuan Institute of Technology shows their misunderstanding of leisure,which is manifested not only in unfixed leisure time,relatively narrow leisure interests and simple style,but also in the lack of specialized institutions to guide their leisure life.Logically,the overall quality of their leisure life is not ideal.Therefore,measures should be taken to help college students develop scientific leisure ideology,leisure skills so as to improve the quality of their leisure life.
