复合岩层顶板条件下的回采巷道支护技术研究

摘要 回采巷道围岩受岩层结构的影响,表现出多岩层结构、层理弱面凸显等复合岩层特征,为了满足复合岩层定版围岩稳定性的控制要求,对哈拉沟煤矿22404排矸巷复合顶板围岩变形破坏特征展开分析,揭示复合顶板回采巷道围岩变形破坏原因。复合岩层顶板围岩破坏导致巷道附近的复合顶板层间弱面发生错动破坏而导致巷道间围岩承载体的破坏贯通,进而削弱了多巷道的围岩柱体的稳定承载,复合顶板层间弱面发生不均匀变形甚至产生自下而上的逐层离层,其自稳能力相对均质岩层条件较差;提出复合岩层顶板条件下锚杆+锚索+金属网的联合支护方案。通过现场变形监测认为:22404排矸巷复合顶板离层得到有效控制,顶板下沉最大达19 mm,两帮围岩最大变形14~16 mm,且前支护方案对复合顶板围岩体的支护作用显著且支护结构稳定。 Surrounding rock of recovering roadway affected by stratum structure,with multiple stratum structure,obvious weak bedding face,the support of complex stratum roof of 22404 waste stone removing roadway in Halagou Mine was taken as engineering background,the surrounding rock deformation features were analyzed,with the reason of deformation and damage.The damage of complex stratum roof led to faulting and damage of weak plate,which caused the broken connection of surrounding rock carrier and weakened the surrounding rock stability,the uneven deformation of weak plate led to separation layer in sequence,with poor stability compared with lithostrome.The combined support of anchor+anchor cable+metal mesh was given,which controlled the roof separation layer of 22404 waste rock removing roadway,with maximum roof subsidence 19 mm,two sides maximum deformation 14~16 mm,with effective support.
