摘要
孤岛回采巷道大变形是影响矿山安全高效生产的主要问题之一,对于孤岛巷道围岩的控制,要在充分了解其变形破坏机理的基础上,提出有效控制措施,维护巷道围岩稳定,保证煤矿安全生产。以潞安集团常村煤矿S6-5孤岛工作面为工程背景,通过采用FLAC3D数值模拟对其回采巷道围岩变形特征及机理进行研究,为其巷道支护提供一定的理论依据。研究结果表明,煤壁前方煤体应力集中,超前支承压力峰值在煤壁前方8 m左右,峰值大小为14.8 MPa;巷道的大变形主要由于垂直应力增加、"两硬一软"岩层综合作用结果。建议采用锚网索联合支护方式,重点加强两帮支护强度。
As a major threat of safe mining,recovering roadway deformation in isolated island,based on the fully understanding of the deformation failure mechanism,the controlling measures were given to ensure safe mining.S6-5 isolated island of Changcun Mine of Lu’an Group was taken as study object,FLAC3D was adopted to study the deformation feature and mechanism in recovering roadway,which provided theoretical reference for roadway support.The result showed that the stress concentrated in the front of coal wall,the advanced support peaked at the head of coal wall about 8 m,with the peaking value 14.8 MPa,the reason of large deformation in roadway due to the increasing vertical stress and the complex strata,the bolt-mesh-anchor combined support was put forward to reinforce the support of two sides.
