摘要
针对怀来矿煤层倾角大且赋存不稳定的特点,本文试验应用了沿煤层伪倾斜布置的柔性掩护支架(ZRY)采煤法,通过对该方法的巷道布置、支架安装、下放及回收等工艺流程的研究与应用,总结出了一套适合矿井煤层赋存条件的工艺流程、工作面参数,同时也为具备相似煤层赋存条件矿井的采煤方法改革提供了依据。
According to the characteristics of large angle coal seam with unstable occurrence in Huailai Mine,the inclined flexible shield support(ZRY)mining method was tested,through the roadway layout,supports installation and recycling and other technological process,a set of mining technology suitable for coal seams geological conditions was summarized,which provided reference for similar conditions of coal seam occurrence.
