摘要
范各庄矿业分公司在日常生产过程中产尘量较大,由于煤层原因,采用传统的长壁注水技术注水效果并不理想,因此对短壁注水技术进行研究。采煤工作面钻孔长度不宜超过8m,间距不宜超过15 m,掘进工作面钻孔长度不宜超过12 m。结果表明,该方案达到较好的注水和灭尘效果,从源头上治理粉尘,降低产尘量,保证作业人员的安全健康。
Based on large producing dust quantity of Fangezhuang Mine,Traditional long wall water injection effect was not satisfied because of coal seam,the application of short wall water grouting showed that drilling length of coal working face no more than 8 m,spacing no more than 15 m,Drilling length of heading face.no more than 12 m,with good water grouting and dust extinguishing effect,the technology controlled dust and reduced dust quantity,ensured safe mining.
