精神成人视域下地方高校志愿文化的培育研究

地方高校的办学定位和培养模式往往使学生在精神成人方面遭遇现实困境。培育志愿文化对地方高校学生精神成人具有重要意义,可以深化青年学生对自我与国家社会的关系、自我与他人的关系、自我身心关系的认识。在精神成人视域下,地方高校可通过以下途径培育志愿文化:发掘地方文化资源,打造特色志愿文化建设品牌;利用地方高校的人力和智力资源,打造精英志愿文化建设团队;与思想政治理论课实践教学相结合,形成志愿文化建设的合力。

The orientation and training mode of local colleges and universities often confused students in the process of their mental growth.Cultivating volunteer culture is of great significance to the mental growth of the students in local colleges and universities in that it can help students better understand their relations with the society,with other people,and with their selves.In the perspective of mental growth,local colleges and universities can cultivate volunteer culture by excavating local cultural resources,creating the local characteristic brand of volunteer culture by employing human and intellectual resources of local colleges and universities to build the elite team of volunteer,and meanwhile putting the ideological and political theories taught in class into practice to forge the resultant force in the construction of volunteer culture.
