摘要
目的研究微课在眼科临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取2017年9月—2018年1月在我校学习眼科护理的100名学生作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各50名,对照组使用常规教学方法,由教师进行课堂讲授、操作示范等;而观察组在对照组原有的基础模式上,增加微课教学。比较两组学生的学习情况。结果观察组专业知识学习成果无论是眼科临床护理理论还是实际操作的成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的自主学习能力优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微课在眼科临床护理教学中的应用效果突出,不但能够提高学生的专业知识学习成绩,也能够提高学生的自主学习能力,提高了学生的学习效率也提高了护理教学的教学质量。
Objective To study the application effect of micro class in the clinical nursing teaching of ophthalmology.Methods A total of 100 students learning eye care in our school from September 2017 to January 2018,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 students in each group.The normal teaching method was used in the control group,and the teachers were taught and demonstrated by the teachers.On the basis of the original model of the control group,the observation group increased the teaching of micro class.The study of the two groups of students was compared.Results The scores of professional knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,both in ophthalmology clinical nursing theory and practical operation.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-learning ability of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of micro course in ophthalmology in clinical nursing teaching is outstanding,not only can improve the performance of the professional knowledge of students,but also can improve the students'autonomous learning ability,improve students'learning efficiency is to improve the teaching quality of nursing teaching.
