摘要 传统的生物技术制药实验教学已经不能满足生物技术发展的需求。本文以OBE教学模式为理论指导,以加强学生的道德修养、提高学生的创新及论文撰写能力为出发点,对生物技术制药实验课程的实验内容、教学方式和考核方式进行改革。加强了对实验技能及安全意识的培训;增设了综合性实验,强调课中、课后的汇报及交流;注重学生实验报告及论文撰写的规范性、逻辑性;并建立了一个综合性考核方式,对学生的综合素质进行考核。通过以上改革,不仅能培养学生对科研的兴趣,并且还能提高学生的实验技能、写作能力和创新能力,为培养高质量的创新型、应用型人才打下基础。 Traditional biotechnology pharmaceutical experimental teaching cannot meet the needs of biotechnology development.Based on the OBE teaching model,this paper aims at strengthening students'moral cultivation,improving students'innovation and writing ability.The experimental contents,teaching methods and assessment methods of the experimental courses of biotechnology pharmaceutical were reformed.We have strengthened our training on laboratory skills and safety awareness.A comprehensive experiment was developed to emphasize the presentation and communication in and after class.We focus on the henormativity and logicality of the paper and experimental report written by students and set up a comprehensive evaluation way to examine the comprehensive quality of students.Such reform not only raise students’interests in scientific study,but also improve students’abilities of experiment,writing and innovation,which pave the way to cultivate applied and innovative talents of high quality.
