摘要
目的探讨在普外科见习教学中应用标准病例CBL教学法的教学效果。方法选取我院2016年6月—2017年5月参加普外科见习的医学生共计98名作为研究对象,以见习小组为单位进行分组。对照组以传统临床见习教学法进行授课,观察组以标准病例CBL教学法进行授课。对两组学生的见习效果进行比较分析。结果观察组学生的理论考核成绩高于对照组;观察组学生在对知识点理解及运用能力、学习兴趣树立、临床思维能力以及教学满意度等方面调查结果均优于对照组,两组数据比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在普外科见习教学中应用标准病例CBL教学法能够有效提升普外科的教学效果,帮助学生积累丰富的临床经验,并提高学生的学习兴趣。
Objective To explore the teaching effect of standard case CBL teaching method in department of general surgery teaching.Methods A total of 98 medical students who participated in Department of general surgery internship in our hospital from June 2016 to May 2017 were selected as research subjects.Groups were grouped in unit of probation group.The control group was taught by traditional clinical probation teaching method.The observation group was taught by the standard case CBL teaching method.The two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The theoretical examination scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The results of the observation group were better than the control group in the understanding and application ability of knowledge points,the establishment of learning interest,the ability of clinical thinking and the satisfaction of teaching.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of standard case CBL teaching method in Department of general surgery teaching in department of general surgery can effectively improve the teaching effect of the department of general surgery,help students accumulate rich clinical experience,and improve students'interest in learning.
