摘要 目的以住院医师规范化培训为目标进行教学改革,在五年制本科生临床教学中引入"三位一体化"教学模式,分析其在临床教学中的作用。方法在三年级诊断学课间实习中,应用电子标准化病人、标准化病人进行问诊与查体的基础训练。在四年级临床见习课,结合病案教学,利用患者和SP进行问诊与查体的强化训练。在五年级临床实习课,结合教学查房,以临床路径为平台,引入循证医学、病案教学和"以问题为中心"(PBL)等综合教学方法。结果无论教师还是学生,都对此种教学模式的应用表示认同。结论将以住院医师规范化培训为标准建立的"三位一体化"教学模式应用于临床教学,能激发学生学习的主动性,增强其临床综合能力,满足住院医师规范化培训的要求。 Objective To carry out teaching reform with the aim of standardized training of residents,introduce“three-position integration”teaching model in the five-year undergraduate clinical teaching and analyze its role in clinical teaching.Methods In the practice of third grade diagnostics class,electronic standardized patients and standardized patients are used for basic training of questioning and physical examination.In the fourth grade clinical probation class,combined with medical record teaching,the patient and SP were used for intensive training of inquiry and physical examination.In the fifth grade clinical practice class,combined with teaching rounds and clinical pathway as the platform,the comprehensive teaching methods such as evidence-based medicine,medical record teaching and"problem-centered"PBL were introduced.Results Both teachers and students agreed on the application of this teaching model.Conclusion Applying“three-position integration”teaching model established by the standard of standardized training for residents can stimulate students'intiative of learning,enhance their comprehensive clinical ability and meet the requirements of standardized training of residents.
