血清肿瘤标志物联合检验诊断结直肠癌的效果

The Effect of Combined Test of Serum Tumor Markers in the Diagnosis of Colorectal Cancer

目的血清肿瘤标志物联合检验在结直肠癌临床诊断中的效果分析。方法将我院56例结直肠癌患者、56例良性病变患者以及56例健康体检者作为研究对象,分别进行血清肿瘤标志物联合检测,对比检测结果。结果结直肠癌患者CEA(46.58±13.58)μg/L,CA199(42.57±10.68)U/ml,CA125(33.87±10.28)U/ml,CA72-4(3.13±0.98)U/ml;良性病变患者CEA(7.49±5.48)μg/L,CA199(13.58±7.06)U/ml,CA125(12.99±8.47)U/ml,CA72-4(2.07±0.51)U/ml;健康体检者CEA(3.43±1.11)μg/L,CA199(4.19±2.48)U/ml,CA125(4.94±2.09)U/ml,CA72-4(1.26±0.29)U/ml。结直肠癌患者CEA、CA199、CA125、CA72-4水平均高于良性病变患者及健康体检者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结直肠癌患者血清肿瘤标志物水平与良性病变及正常患者有明显差异,在结直肠临床诊断中具有重要意义。

Objective To analyze the effect of the combined test of serum tumor markers in the clinical diagnosis of colorectal cancer.Methods 56 cases of colorectal cancer,56 cases of benign lesions and 56 cases of healthy subjects were selected as the research subjects.The serum tumor markers were detected jointly,and the results were compared.Results The patients with colorectal cancer CEA(46.58±13.58)μg/L,CA199(42.57±10.68)U/ml,CA125(33.87±10.28)U/ml,CA72-4(3.13±0.98)U/ml;benign lesions in patients with CEA(7.49±5.48)μg/L,CA199(13.58±7.06)U/ml,CA125(12.99+8.47)U/ml,CA72-4(2.07±0.51)U/ml;healthy CEA(3.43±1.11)μg/L,CA199(4.19±2.48)U/ml,CA125(4.94±2.09)U/ml,CA72-4(1.26±0.29)U/ml.The levels of CEA,CA199,CA125 and CA72-4 in patients with colorectal cancer were higher than those of patients with benign lesions and health people,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum tumor markers in colorectal cancer patients are significantly different from those in benign and normal patients,which is of great significance in clinical diagnosis of colorectal cancer.
