分析超声引导椎旁神经阻滞麻醉在临床开胸手术麻醉中的应用

To Analyze the Application of Ultrasound-guided Paralateral Nerve Block Anesthesia in the Anesthesia of Open Thoracic Surgery

目的探究超声引导椎旁神经阻滞麻醉在临床开胸手术麻醉中的临床应用效果。方法选取我院2016年3月—2017年10月进行开胸手术的患者34例作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各17例。观察组采取全麻复合椎旁神经阻滞方式,对照组只采取全身麻醉方式。对比两组患者的芬太尼用量、术后镇痛泵按压次数以及镇痛效果。结果观察组芬太尼的使用量以及术后镇痛泵的按压次数均低于对照组;观察组镇痛满意率为88.24%,高于对照组的镇痛满意率的52.94%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导椎旁神经阻滞麻醉在开胸手术中镇痛效果显著。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of ultrasoundguided paraspinal nerve block anesthesia in the clinical operation of thoracic surgery.Methods 34 cases of patients who underwent open-heart surgery from March 2016 and October 2017 were selected as the study objects and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,17 cases in each group.The observation group received general anesthesia combined with paravertebral nerve block.The control group only took general anesthesia.The dosage of fentanyl,the times of analgesia pump and the effect of analgesia were compared between the two groups.Results The dosage of fentanyl and the times of postoperative analgesia pump in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group.The satisfaction rate of analgesia in the observation group was 88.24%,which was higher than that in the control group(52.94%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The analgesic effect of ultrasound-guided paraspinal nerve block anesthesia in thoracotomy is significant.
