Determination of organophosphorus pesticides in shellfish by gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry with microwave extraction

摘要 建立微波萃取-气相色谱/三重四级质谱法同时测定贝类中8种有机磷农药残留的方法。优化仪器分析条件,研究微波萃取溶剂、萃取温度、保持时间对萃取效果的影响。方法的线性关系良好,目标组分的检出限在0.1~0.2μg/g之间。贝类样品加标的回收率在41.2%~105%之间,相对标准偏差在3.3%~19%之间。该方法综合微波萃取快速高效以及气相色谱/三重四级质谱抗干扰强的优势,可用于贝类样品中有机磷农药残留的痕量分析。 A gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry(GC/QQQ)method coupled with microwave extraction(ME)was developed for determination of organophosphorus pesticides(OPPs)in shellfish.Instrumental parameters of GC/QQQ were optimized.Affecting factors of ME such as extraction solvent,temperature and holding time were also studied.Linear relationships of the method were good and method detection limits of targets were within range of 0.1-0.2μg/g.Recoveries of spiked samples were 41.2%-105%and relative standard deviations were 3.3%-19%.Combined advantages of rapidity&efficiency of ME and anti-interference of GC/QQQ,the proposed method could be used for trace analysis of OPPs in shellfish.
