“横切法”内眦赘皮矫治联合小切口重睑术的临床应用

Clinical Application of “Transverse Method” Endoprosthesis Combined With Small Incision and Double Eyelid Surgery

目的探究通过"横切法"矫正轻中度内眦赘皮联合小切口重睑术在临床中的应用价值。方法选取2015年1月—2017年3月在我院采取内眦皮横切法矫正术联合小切口重睑术治疗的双侧单睑内眦赘皮患者120例作为研究对象。治疗后进行1年内不同时间的随访,统计并分析随访结果。结果术后1年内随访,患者均已彻底矫正了内眦赘皮;术后4个月时,有96%的患者内眦角留有轻微瘢痕;术后7个月时瘢痕淡去,术后10个月全部患者1 m内不易见瘢痕。结论轻中度的内眦皮横切法矫正术联合小切口重睑术具有微创、易操作的优点,且患者恢复较快。

Objective To investigate the value of“transection method”in the treatment of mild to moderate epicanthus epidermis combined with small incision and double eyelid surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients with double-sided eyelid epicanthal involvement treated in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2017 with internal orthotopic transversomy and small incision double eyelid surgery were selected and treated for one year after the end of treatment Follow-up within different time,statistics and analysis of follow-up results.Results Within one year of follow-up,the patient had a complete correction of the epicanthium.at 4 months after operation,96%of the patients had slight scarring in the horns and 7 months after the operation.The scars disappeared after operation,and all patients within 1 m not easy to see scar after 10 months.Conclusion Light and moderate orthotopic dermatomyctomy combined with small incision and double eyelid surgery has the advantages of minimally invasive and easy to operate,and patients recover quickly,it is worth clinical reference.
