下颌复杂阻生牙齿给予微创拔牙术治疗的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Minimally Invasive Extraction of Mandibular Complex Impacted Teeth

目的探讨微创拔牙手术方式治疗下颌复杂阻生牙的临床效果以及安全性。方法选取下颌复杂阻生牙患者120例作为研究对象,将其随机平均分为两组,分别选择常规拔牙手术与微创拔牙手术治疗,比较两组患者的手术时间及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者手术时间(22.94±8.16)min短于对照组(71.44±9.05)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后并发症发生率5.00%低于对照组16.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创拔牙手术方式进行下颌复杂阻生牙拔除,可以有效缩短治疗时间并减少并发症,可以达到较为满意的临床效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of minimally invasive extraction surgery on complex mandibular impacted teeth.Methods A total of 120 mandibular complex impacted teeth were randomly divided into two groups.The conventional extraction operation and minimally invasive extraction operation were selected.The operation time and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time(22.94±8.16)min in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(71.44±9.05)min,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was 5.00%lower than that of the control group(16.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The minimally invasive extraction of complex mandibular jaw impacted teeth surgery,short operative time,fewer complications,and good therapeutic effect.
