神经节苷脂与神经生长因子治疗小儿脑损伤的临床效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究治疗小儿脑损伤采用神经节苷脂联合神经生长因子治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年1月—2018年1月所收治的脑损伤患儿80例作为研究对象。采用奇偶法,将患儿分为实验组和参照组,每组各40例,参照组患儿给予常规方式治疗,实验组患儿给予神经节苷脂联合神经生长因子方式治疗,对比两组患儿治疗效果以及治疗后3天、6天、12天的神经行为恢复情况。结果实验组患儿临床恢复情况优于参照组患儿,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗3天后,组间数据对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组患儿治疗6天、12天后神经行为评分高于参照组患儿,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗小儿脑损伤采用神经节苷脂联合神经生长因子治疗具有显著临床效果,对改善患儿神经行为情况具有极大疗效。 Objective To study the clinical effect of ganglioside combined with nerve growth factor(nerve growth factor)in the treatment of brain injury in children.Methods 80 cases of brain injury treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the research subjects.The children were divided into experimental group and reference group by odd even method,40 cases in each group.Routine treatment was given to the children in the reference group.The experimental group was treated with ganglioside and nerve growth factor.The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared,and the recovery of neurological behavior on 3 days,6 days and 12 days after treatment were compared.Results The clinical recovery of the experimental group was better than that of the reference group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 days of treatment,there was no significant difference in data between the two groups(P>0.05).The neurological behavior score of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group 6 days and 12 days after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ganglioside combined with nerve growth factor therapy has significant clinical effect in treating pediatric brain injury,and has a great effect on improving children's neurobehavioral condition.
