头孢克肟颗粒合并氨溴特罗口服液门诊治疗小儿肺炎的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Cefixime Granule Combined With Ambroterol in the Treatment of Infantile Pneumonia in Outpatient Department

目的研究头孢克肟颗粒合并氨溴特罗口服液门诊治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取在我院门诊就诊的小儿肺炎患儿80例作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组患儿各40例。对照组患儿应用氨溴特罗口服液进行常规治疗,观察组在此基础上,口服给予头孢克肟进行治疗,1个疗程7 d,对两组患儿治疗效果进行评定。结果观察组总有效率为95.0%,高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿症状消失的时间短于对照组更,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿出现恶心呕吐、头晕和乏力的发生率为12.50%,对照组为10.00%,两组患儿的不良反应比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用头孢克肟颗粒合并氨溴特罗口服液门诊治疗小儿肺炎具有更好的疗效。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of cefixime granule combined with ambroterol oral liquid for pediatric pneumonia.Methods 80 cases of children with pneumonia in our outpatient clinic were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The control group used routine treatment of ambrocol oral solution.On the basis of the observation group,the observation group received oral administration of cefixime for 1 courses,7 d,and the therapeutic effects of two groups were evaluated.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.0%,which was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of symptom disappearance in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nausea and vomiting,dizziness and fatigue in the children of the observation group was 12.50%,and the control group was 10.00%.The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of cefixime granule in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia has better curative effect.
