Orem自护理论指导下鼻咽癌放疗患者口腔护理干预效果的评价

To Evaluate the Effect of Nursing Intervention in Patients With Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Radiotherapy Oral Self-care Theory Under the Guidance Orem

目的探讨Orem自护理论指导下鼻咽癌放射治疗患者口腔护理干预效果。方法选取接受放射治疗的鼻咽癌患者50例作为研究对象。按照接受放射治疗前后顺序,将其分为对照组(n=24)和观察组(n=26)。对照组患者接受常规口腔护理;观察组在对照组基础上,根据患者具体情况,运用Orem自护理论对患者进行自我口腔护理干预指导。对比两组患者放疗前后自我护理能力、舒适度及放疗诱发性口腔黏膜炎(RTOM)情况。结果干预后,观察组患者自我护理能力及舒适度评分优于对照组;放疗后,观察组患者RTOM评定情况低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用Orem自护理论指导鼻咽癌放疗患者进行自我口腔护理,显著提升其自护能力,改善舒适度及放疗后口腔不适,减低RTOM发生率。

Objective To investigate the radiation therapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with oral nursing intervention under the guidance of Orem self-care theory.Methods 50 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma receiving radiotherapy were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group(n=24)and the observation group(n=26)according to the order before and after radiotherapy.The patients in the control group received routine oral care.The observation group,on the basis of the control group,according to the specific circumstances of patients,the use of Orem self-care theory in patients with oral self nursing intervention.The self-care ability,comfort and radiation induced oral mucositis(RTOM)were compared between the two groups before and after radiotherapy.Results After the intervention,the self nursing ability and comfort score of the observation group were better than the control group.After radiotherapy,the RTOM evaluation of the patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using Orem radiotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)from protection of theoretical guidance for oral care,significantly increased its self nursing ability,improve comfort and oral discomfort after radiotherapy and reduce the incidence of RTOM.
