微创经皮肾穿刺取石术中应用手术室护理干预的价值观察

Observation on the Value of Nursing Intervention in the Operation Room of Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy

目的探究微创经皮肾穿刺取石术中应用手术室护理干预的具体价值。方法选取2015年12月—2017年5月在我院进行微创经皮肾穿刺取石术患者78例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法,将其分成实验组39例、对照组39例。实验组给予手术室护理,对照组进行常规护理,观察实验组和对照组患者术后住院时间、手术时间。结果实验组患者术后住院时间、手术时间均优于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在微创经皮肾穿刺取石术护理中,可采取手术室护理,护理效果显著。

Objective To explore the specific value of operating room nursing intervention in minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Methods 78 cases of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in our hospital from December 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random digital table method,they were divided into 39 cases in the experimental group and 39 cases in the control group.The experimental group was given the nursing care in the operation room.The control group was given routine care.The time of hospitalization and operation time of the patients in the experimental group and the control group were observed.Results The postoperative hospitalization time and operation time of the experimental group were better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy,operating room nursing can be taken,and the nursing effect is significant.
