舒适护理在消化内科十二指肠溃疡治疗中的应用价值研究

Study on the Application Value of Comfortable Nursing in the Treatment of Duodenal Ulcer in Digestive Medicine

目的研究舒适护理在十二指肠溃疡中的应用效果。方法选取本院2017年1月—2018年1月内接收的十二指肠溃疡患者中,随机抽取92例患者,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,每组均46例。对照组患者采取常规护理模式进行干预,观察组患者采用舒适护理进行干预,观察护理后十二指肠溃疡治愈、复发、并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者护理后治愈率高于对照组,观察组护理复发率、并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理能够帮助十二指肠溃疡患者缓解临床症状,降低疼痛感和并发症的发生,促进患者的恢复和预后,有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To study the application of comfort care in duodenal ulcer.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,92 patients with duodenal ulcer were randomly selected.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,46 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were intervened by the routine nursing mode,and the observation group was intervened by comfortable nursing.The cure,recurrence and complications of duodenal ulcer after nursing were observed.Results The cure rate of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group,the nursing relapse rate and complication rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing can help patients with duodenal ulcer relieve clinical symptoms,reduce pain and complications,and promote recovery and prognosis of patients.
