人性化护理在宫颈炎护理的应用效果及安全性观察

Observation on the Effect and Safety of Application of Humanized Nursing in Cervicitis Nursing

目的将人性化护理措施实施在宫颈炎患者的临床护理中,观察和分析应用效果及安全性。方法选取2015年7月—2017年9月在本院接受疾病诊断以及临床治疗的80例宫颈炎患者作为研究对象。根据护理措施差异性,将其分为两组,每组各40例患者。两组患者均施行常规临床治疗,参照组患者施行常规护理措施,实验组患者施行人性化护理措施,观察比较两组患者的护理效果优良合计率、不良反应合计率。结果参照组患者的护理效果优良合计率,与实验组患者比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);参照组患者的不良反应合计率,与实验组患者比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在宫颈炎患者的临床护理中实行人性化护理措施展示较优应用效果,且存在一定安全性。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect and safety of the humanistic nursing measures in the clinical nursing of the patients with cervicitis.Methods 80 cases of cervicitis were selected from July 2015 to September 2017 in our hospital were selected as the study objects.According to the difference of nursing measures,they were divided into two groups,40 patients in each group.The two groups were treated with routine clinical treatment.Routine nursing measures were performed in the reference group.The patients in the experimental group were treated with humanistic nursing measures.The nursing effect of two groups was observed and compared.The total rate of good effect and the total rate of adverse reactions were compared.Results The total effective rate of patients in the reference group was significantly better than that in the experimental group(P<0.05).The total rate of adverse reactions in the reference group was statistically significant compared with that in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical nursing of cervicitis patients,the implementation of humanized nursing measures shows a better application effect,and there is a certain safety.
