脊柱微创手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效观察及护理

Clinical Observation on the Nursing of Minimally Invasive Surgery for Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的分析腰椎间盘突出症患者通过脊柱微创手术治疗和护理干预所取得的临床效果,希望能够为腰椎间盘突出症的手术治疗和护理提供有效参考。方法选取2015年8月11日—2017年8月15日于我院进行治疗的75例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,37例进行常规开放性手术治疗的患者纳入常规组,38例接受脊柱微创手术治疗+护理干预的患者纳入治疗组,对常规组和治疗组患者的治疗效果展开分析。结果治疗组患者术中出血量、切口大小、手术时间、总住院时间均优于常规组,治疗组术后1、3天VAS评分低于常规组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组并发症发生率为2.63%,常规组并发症发生率为16.22%,治疗组术后并发症发生率低于常规组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者接受脊柱微创手术治疗+护理干预,临床治疗效果十分确切,有效的减轻了患者疼痛感,缩短手术治疗时间,减少并发症发生几率。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive surgery and nursing intervention in patients with lumbar disc herniation,hoping to provide effective reference for surgical treatment and nursing of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 75 cases of lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital from August 11,2015 to August 15,2017 were selected as the research subjects.37 cases of patients who underwent conventional open surgery were included in the conventional group.38 cases of patients who received minimally invasive spinal surgery plus nursing intervention were included in the treatment group,and the treatment effect of the conventional group and the treatment group was analyzed.Results The bleeding volume,incision size,operative time and total hospitalization time in the treatment group were better than those in the conventional group.The VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the conventional group at 1 day and 3 days after operation,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the treatment group was 2.63%,while the incidence of complication in the conventional group was 16.22%.The incidence of postoperative complications in the treatment group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of lumbar disc herniation patients treated with minimally invasive spine surgery+nursing intervention,clinical treatment is very accurate,effectively reduce the patient's pain,shorten the time of surgery,reduce the risk of complications.
