“互联网+”环境下解决医患矛盾的思路探析

Analysis on the Solution to the Contradiction between Doctors and Patients under the Background of "Internet +"

"互联网+"环境下传统医患关系中信息不对称的矛盾,已转化为由"信息过剩"带来的四种新的结构性矛盾:患者从互联网上获取的大量信息与医生所提供的有限信息之间的矛盾、网络错误信息和医生正确诊疗之间的矛盾、患者心理的互联网满足感与现实落差之间的矛盾以及互联网无限服务与现实有限服务所致的医患矛盾。鉴此,需要建立以政策为导向、以市场为主导、以患者为核心、以法律为主要调节手段的新型网络医疗平台。

Under the background of"Internet+",the contradiction of asymmetric information in traditional doc?tor-patient relationship has been converted into four new structural problems brought by"information overload":the contradiction between a wealth of information patients obtained from the Internet and with the limited information provided by doctors,the contradiction between error messages on the network and doctors'correct diagnosis and treatment,the contradiction between patients'satisfaction from the Internet and reality gap,and the contradiction be?tween unlimited Internet service and realistic limited service.Therefore,a new-style policy-oriented,market-domi?nant,patients-centered,and law-regulated network medical platform should be established.
