摘要
当前,高校辅导员特殊的工作性质和职责分工,使其承载的压力较大,一些辅导员逐步显现出工作热情渐趋淡化、人际关系步入低潮、价值取向黯然失色等职业倦怠现象,这与他们的理想与现实出现偏差、成长与能力逐步弱化以及投入与回报呈现反差等正相关。为加强高校辅导员队伍建设,需要国家、学校和辅导员自身形成合力,多方面多角度相互配合,相互促进,共同寻找解决辅导员职业倦怠问题的良策。
At present,the counselors in colleges have been under much pressure due to the nature of the job and the division of duties,showing having no high work enthusiasm,having some relationships problem,as well as wrong values,which have a positive correlation with ideal deviating reality,growing with weakening ability,investment with unequal returns.In order to strengthen the team construction of the counselors,the country,the colleges and the counselors need work together to find the way to solve the problems of job burnout.
