摘要 样品经灼烧除去硫、碳、砷、汞等,再经王水溶解。取部分溶液在10%盐酸溶液中,用甲基异丁基酮(MIBK)萃取,火焰原子吸收法测定样品中的金。该方法检出限为0.10μg/g,相对标准偏差为2.13%-3.98%。经国家一级标准物质验证,该方法分析结果与标准值相符,且操作步骤简便、快速和选择性高,可用于大批量样品的检测。 Samples were burned to remove sulfur,carbon,arsenic,mercury,and then dissolved in aqua regia.Take part of the solution in 10%hydrochloric acid solution,with methyl isobutyl ketone(MIBK)extraction,flame atomic absorption spectrometry of gold in the sample.The detection limit of the method was 0.10μg/g,the relative standard deviation was 2.13%~3.98%.The national standard material verification,the method analysis results consistent with the standard value,and the operation steps are simple,fast and high selectivity,can be used for testing large quantities of samples.
