脲醛树脂微胶囊的制备及其对环氧树脂的修复作用 被引量:2

摘要 金属防腐是国民生产的重要问题,其中最有效的方法就是在金属表面覆盖防腐涂料。随着时间的推移,涂料会产生微裂纹和破损,最终可能材料破坏,从而引发事故。微胶囊技术是一种用成膜材料把固体或液体包裹形成微小粒子的技术,微胶囊形成后物质有着许多独特性能,填入涂料中可以改善涂料性能。文章利用原位聚合法,以OP-10为乳化剂,其用量为芯材5%,搅拌速度900rpm,聚合反应PH=3.5,并且控制酸化时间为90min,制备外形完整的球形微胶囊填入金属防腐涂料中。当微胶囊用量为涂料的10%时,涂料有自修复效果。 Metal anticorrosion is an important issue in national production,and the most effective method is to cover anticorrosion coatings on metal surface.Over time,the coating will produce micro-cracks and breakage,which may eventually damage the material and cause accidents.Microcapsule technology is a kind of film material to form a solid or liquid into a small particle technology,microcapsules formed after the material has many unique properties,fill in the paint can improve the performance of the coating.In this paper,the use of in situ polymerization to OP-10 as an emulsifier,the dosage of the core material 5%,stirring speed 900rpm,polymerization pH=3.5,and control acidification time is 90min,the preparation of a complete spherical micro-capsule filled with metal anti-corrosion coating.When the dosage of microcapsule is the coating of the 10%,the paint has self-repairing effect.
