摘要
采用紫外分光光度法测定五种不同产地五倍子中单宁含量,单宁酸的平均回收率为97.67%,RSD为2.0%(n=9),单宁酸含量在62.26%~67.87%不等,结果表明不同产地五倍子中单宁酸含量差别较大。
Determination of Tannic acid from five different cultvation of Rhus chinensis Mill by UV was studied.Result showed that the average rate of Tannic acid was 97.67%,with RSD of 2.0%,The content of Tannic acid was 62.26%~67.87%,varied greatly as different cultivation.
