摘要 针对城市客车运行时转向节由于承受复杂载荷而易出现开裂失效的问题,以某电动城市客车为对象,通过Pro/E软件和Ansys软件建立了城市客车转向节的实体模型以及紧急制动、侧滑和越过不平路面等3种危险工况下的有限元模型,分析了转向节的静态强度、应力分布.结果表明:纯电动城市客车转向节最大应力集中点位主要在转向节轴根部,建立的转向节实体模型应力值满足设计要求,结构稳定性较好,并且转向节的模态频率远大于道路和车辆的激励频率,有效避免了共振现象的发生. According to the problem that the steering knuckle withstanding complex loads tends to be crack failure when the bus is in operation,this article through Pro/E software and Aansys software,builds entity model of split steering knuckle,and tiniteelement analysis on three different dangerous working conditions such as emergent braking,skidding and passing over uneven roads and analyzes the static strength and stress distribution of the The results show that the maximum stress concentration point of steering machine of city bus is mainly located at the foot of steering shaft,and the entity model of steering knuckle meets the design requirements,as well as model frequency is far more than incentive frequency of road and vehicle.Therefore,resonance phenomenon will be effectively avoided,structural stability will be better than ever.So,the design and analysis will bring certain practical value to improve steering knuckle of city bus.
