摘要
通过6种不同冷却润滑条件下高硬高强高耐磨淬硬钢Cr12Mo V(60±1HRC)的车削试验,研究了冷风(-20℃)、油雾、水雾、冷风+油雾(-20℃)、水雾+油雾、干式6种不同冷却润滑条件对切削力、表面粗糙度、切削温度的影响规律.试验结果表明:试验测得的三向切削力F_Y>F_Z>F_X,其中径向力F_Y的变化幅度较大,而主切削力F_Z及进给力F_X的变化幅度平缓;油雾冷却润滑时,径向力F_Y最大,油雾+冷风及油雾+水雾对于减小径向力F_Y效果明显;干式和冷风条件下可得到比微量润滑条件下更小表面粗糙度;油雾、水雾、冷风+油雾(-20℃)、水雾+油雾4种冷却润滑方式均可有效降低切削温度.
The influences of the six different coolants and lubricants such as cold wind(-20°C),oil mist,water mist,cold wind+oil mist(-20°C),water mist+oil mist on the cutting force,surface roughness,and cutting temperature are revealed in turning of high hardness,high strength and high wear-resistance hardened steel Cr12MoV(60±1HRC).The results showed that three-component cutting forces F Y>F Z>F X,and the radial cutting force F Y varies within wide limits,while the main cutting force F Z and feed force F X undergo the smooth change.The value of the radial force F Y is the largest in the case of an oil mist;however,the effect of reducing the radial force F Y is obvious in the cases of oil mist+cold wind and the oil mist water mist.The much less surface roughness can be obtained in the cases of the dry and cold conditions compared with slight lubrication conditions.And the oil mist,water mist,cold air+oil mist(-20°C),and water mist+oil mist cooling methods do play an important role in reducing the cutting temperature.
